During the visit, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice-Rector Cheng Zhili, and Deputy Director of the Department of Scientific Research Wei Xiuyul held talks with the rector of our institute Omonulla Salikhov and held negotiations on the development of cooperation between the two higher educational institutions, in particular, joint educational programs, scientific and practical projects, and creative exchange.
