Today, a Republican Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Current Issues in Art History of Uzbekistan: Theory and Practice" was organized at our institute in collaboration with the international scientific journal "Science and Innovation." At the opening ceremony, the Rector of our institute, Omonulla Salixov, delivered a welcoming speech, greeting the participants and emphasizing the significance of this conference.
The main keynote session of the conference was moderated by Dilafruz Qodirova, Professor at the Department of Art History and Theory of the Faculty of Art History and Applied Arts, Doctor of Art History. The organizational processes were coordinated by Xurshida Xayitboboyeva, Associate Professor at the Department of Art History and Theory.
Conference participants presented papers on key topics, including the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence tools in the interactive organization of independent study in fine arts disciplines, the efficiency of utilizing art museum collections in training applied decorative art masters, and teaching fine arts within inclusive education. The scientific and practical conference proceeded in an atmosphere of meaningful academic dialogue and international knowledge sharing.
Furthermore, in accordance with the conference program, participants visited the solo exhibition titled "In Search of Myself" by Rustam Khudayberganov, held in the institute's exhibition hall.
