The event was moderated by the project coordinator, Qiu Ciai from China. The solemn ceremony was opened by Dilafruz Kurbanova, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of our institute, with an introductory speech, and she noted that this project is an important platform for developing international cooperation and exchanging experiences among young artists.
Also, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Jamshid Rashidov provided the participants with detailed information about the activities of the institute, educational areas, and the opportunities created.
During the event, Associate Professor of the Department of “Majestic Painting” Vasiliy Khapov spoke and gave an interesting report on the history of fine and applied arts in our country, its rich traditions, and current stages of development.
The ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere, after which the participants were invited to the practical training process according to the program.
