In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-207 dated November 8, 2025, on preserving the health of the population and protecting youth from drug addiction and drug crimes, the roundtable discussion was attended by the investigator of the Mirabad district Department of Coordination of Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies, Lieutenant Mahkamov Davron Negmatjonovich, operational officer Khadjayev Umid Pulatovich, as well as the leadership of the institute, professors, teachers, students and youth, and discussed in detail the "Negative impact of drug addiction and drug crimes on society and the future of youth."

The speakers at the roundtable explained the harmful effects of drug addiction on human health, the family environment and the stability of society through examples. They also provided information about the work being carried out to form a healthy lifestyle in the minds of young people, protect them from harmful vices, and increase their legal literacy.

During the event, an open dialogue was held with students and young people, their opinions and comments were listened to, and their urgent questions were answered in detail by experts. In particular, the importance of preventing negative vices by organizing youth's free time meaningfully and involving them in sports and creative activities was emphasized.
