This international forum was organized at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bringing together museum updates, archaeologists, restorers, art historians, researchers, and cultural figures from various countries. During the forum, discussions centered around the preservation of historical and cultural heritage sites, the implementation of modern technologies in museum operations, digital transformation processes, and international cooperation.

Within the framework of the conference, Latofat Jabbarova, Head of the Department of Museology at the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod, and Darmonjon Kuryazova, Professor of the department, participated with scientific presentations. Specifically, Darmonjon Kuryazova delivered a presentation titled "Modern Approaches to the Musealization of Archaeological Sites (The Case of Tashkent)", while Latofat Jabbarova presented on "Principles of Museum Design Development in Uzbekistan: Second Half of the 20th Century – Early 21st Century".

The presentations provided comprehensive insights into Uzbekistan's rich historical and cultural heritage, contemporary approaches to museum design and exhibition layout, as well as experiences in preserving and musealizing archaeological sites.
