Today is another important date in the history of our institute, the opening ceremony of the newly established "Exhibition Hall" and the "Exhibition of Creative Works of Academicians of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan" was held in it. The ceremony was attended by the leadership of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, representatives of local khokimiyats, heads of foreign and local partner organizations, academicians of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, and professors and teachers of the institute.

Initially, the opening of the Exhibition Hall and the first exhibition in it was made by the rector of our institute, Omonulla Salikhov, who noted that the organization of this exhibition hall was very important for the activities of the institute, and as a result of the support of the leadership of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan and the solidarity of the institute's community, the construction and commissioning of the new hall was achieved.

It was noted that the first work of this exhibition hall will begin with the “Exhibition of Creative Works of Academicians of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan”, which will not only demonstrate the artistic heritage, but also play an important role in bringing the educational process to a qualitatively new level, developing the creative potential of students and ensuring continuity in the national art school based on the “Master-Student Traditions”.

Also, at the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, People's Artist of Uzbekistan Akmal Nuridinov, Professor of the Department of “Painting on a Plate”, Academician of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan Sabirzhan Rakhmetov, Academician of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Art History Kamola Akilova, Secretary of the Institute Council Xolbuvi Akbarova spoke, congratulating the institute team and all participants of the event on the opening of the “Exhibition Hall”, expressing their sincere wishes and thoughts.

The doors of this modern exhibition hall are always open to various art projects, serving as a creative platform for educators and students, theorists and practitioners, and serving to discover many new and young talents.
