As part of preparations for the 2026/2027 academic year, the Institute has launched the continuous operation of the “Information Center for Student Dormitories and Rental Housing.” The Center is working to identify convenient, safe, and suitable rental housing for students and to create a database of available options.

In particular, the Center and the Institute’s working group are inspecting rental housing in areas near the Institute, including the “Baynalminal” mahalla. The sanitary conditions, living conditions, heating and electrical systems, and fire safety requirements of the apartments are being assessed.

During discussions with landlords, special attention is also being paid to stable rental prices and the conclusion of rental agreements in accordance with the law.

These activities will continue systematically, and ensuring students have suitable and safe accommodation has been placed under the supervision of the responsible staff.
