The event was attended by writers, poets, industry experts, faculty, students, and members of the public, and was opened with an introductory speech by the Rector of the institute, Omonulla Salikhov. Following this, prominent figures including Akmal Nuridinov (Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan), Minhojiddin Mirzo (First Deputy Chairman of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan), Otabek Musayev (Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Culture, Sport and Tourism Workers), Isfandiyor Latipov (Chairman of the "Tasviriy Oyina" Creative Union), Nodirbek Sayfullayev (Rector of the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture), and Nazira As-Salom (Chairwoman of the Muhammad Yusuf Public Foundation and the poet’s widow) shared their insights. They discussed the ideological and artistic qualities of the poet's work and the significance of national values and patriotism in educating the younger generation.
During the event, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the creative works competition organized among students to mark the 72nd anniversary of Muhammad Yusuf’s birth. Additionally, Rector Nodirbek Sayfullayev presented the "Muhammad Yusuf" commemorative badge to several staff members and students from both institutes.
At the conclusion, Rector Omonulla Salikhov presented certificates of appreciation to various organizations and partners for their cooperation in organizing this exhibition and literary evening. The event played a vital role in enriching the spiritual outlook of the youth and strengthening the harmony between literature and art.
