The event, held in the Institute's Conference Hall, was attended by Feruza Abidjanova, Chief Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan; Farhod Maqsudov, Director of the Research Institute of the National Anthropology Center of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Bahriddin Bozorov, Creative Director of "Akademnashr" publishing house; representatives of "Ali Uniforma Tekstil" LLC, the institute's leadership, and students.

The event was opened by the Rector of the Institute, Omonulla Salikhov. Following this, Feruza Abidjanova and representatives of partner organizations took the floor, emphasizing the vital importance of supporting young specialists, ensuring their employment, developing professional skills, and successfully integrating them into the labor market.

Additionally, seminars, workshops, and open dialogues with employers were organized for students and graduates during the meeting. These sessions served to increase the professional readiness of young specialists and strengthen the harmony between education and practice.
