Today, the institute organized a monitoring process for the scientific activities of Doctor of Science (DSc) candidates, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidates, and independent researchers. The initiative was aimed at improving the effectiveness of research activities within the postgraduate education system and ensuring the timely, comprehensive, and high-quality preparation of doctoral dissertations.

The monitoring was chaired by Kamola Boltabayevna Akilova, Director of the Uzbekistan State Art Gallery, Academician of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Art Studies, and Professor. The event was attended by the institute's leadership and a working group consisting of professors and faculty members responsible for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel.

During the monitoring process, a comprehensive analysis was conducted of the research activities of doctoral candidates and independent researchers, the progress achieved in dissertation research, the implementation of planned objectives, the quality of scientific articles and publications, and the practical significance of their research outcomes.

The members of the working group also provided relevant recommendations and guidance on the timely preparation of doctoral dissertations for defense, further improving research productivity, and enhancing the quality of scientific research.
