The meeting, held under the leadership of the Rector of the institute, was attended by the members of the admissions committee and responsible staff.

• Further improving the operations of the Call Center and the Advisory Center to provide prompt and high-quality information to applicants and their parents;

• Taking necessary measures to prevent corruption and to ensure the objective and transparent organization of the admission processes;

• Strict prevention of nepotism, conflicts of interest, and any other negative practices during the admissions period;

• Timely announcement of the entrance examination processes and results via the institute's official website.

Furthermore, during the meeting, the suggestions and feedback of the admissions committee members were heard, appropriate decisions were made on the agenda items, and clear, specific tasks were assigned to the responsible officials.
