At the beginning of the meeting, according to tradition, the rector of the institute, Omonulla Salikhov, also organized a ceremony to present certificates to professors and teachers who have recently received academic titles.
After that, the agenda of the January meeting of the Institute Council included:

The credit-module system introduced at the institute in order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 No. 824 "On measures to improve the system related to the organization of the educational process in higher educational institutions";
The status of the implementation of the Institute's Vision Plan for 2025;
The activities of the Institute's Council of Young Scientists and Creative People;
Organization of student internships at the facilities of personnel customers, formalization of contracts with relevant organizations and enterprises in the established manner;
Submission of a project by the institute to the international competition of joint initiative projects of the Agency for Innovative Development;
The status of promotional activities being carried out at the institute in order to eliminate problems such as delinquency, drug addiction, corruption, and immorality that negatively affect the spiritual and moral state of young people;
Approval of the annual plan developed for the organization of spiritual, educational, cultural, and sports events at the institute throughout 2026, holding various competitions among students, and providing them with material support and encouragement;
Implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 797 dated September 23, 2019 "On additional measures to further improve the system of advanced training of managerial and pedagogical personnel of higher educational institutions" and various other important issues were considered.
