At the beginning of the meeting, according to tradition, a ceremony was held to present certificates to professors and teachers who have recently received academic degrees and titles.
After that, the agenda of the February meeting of the Institute Council included:

Conducting a competition for vacant positions due to the expiration of the 5-year term of professors and teachers working in the departments;
Recommending candidates for the academic title of associate professor;
The status of the implementation of work plans by the professors and teachers of the Institute, the implementation of educational workloads based on the "Time Standards";
The activities of the educational and creative workshop of academicians of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan organized at the Institute;
The status of the organization of independent education in the departments;
Recommending educational literature prepared by the professors and teachers of the Institute for publication;
The activities of the scientific and practical journal "Akhborotnoma" of the Institute and the scientific journal "Art and Social Science";
The results of the "Best Reader" competition and the "Ilkhom" award competition, as well as various other important issues, were discussed.
