At the beginning of the meeting, Rector Omonulla Salikhov presented a report to the Council members on the work carried out at the institute during the month of April.

Following this, within the framework of the agenda for the April Institute Council meeting, the following important issues were discussed:

• The plan of events dedicated to May 9 — "Remembrance and Appreciation Day" and International Museum Day;

• Implementation of open lessons and professional development plans for professors and teachers within the departments;

• Approval of the composition of State Attestation Commissions (SAC);

• Issues regarding the organization of student internships;

• Results of monitoring the employment of institute graduates;

• Outcomes of participation by faculty and students in various exhibitions, competitions, and masterclasses during the current academic year;

• Results of the "Student Spring" art festival;

• Recommendations for the publication of educational literature prepared by the faculty;

• Changes to scientific supervisors for Master’s students and other similar important matters.
