On August 4–5 of this year, a republican training seminar for vice-rectors responsible for research and innovation was held at Bukhara State Technical University on the topic “Science and Innovation in the Socio-Economic Development of Regions: The Role and Responsibilities of Higher Education Institutions.”

Dilafruz Qurbonova, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Fine Arts and Design, participated in the seminar.

During the training seminar, current issues related to modern management of scientific activities, the implementation of innovative projects into practice, the effective use of artificial intelligence in scientific research, ensuring academic integrity, and strengthening the integration of science and industry were discussed.
