Today, a practical meeting and seminar were organized for the graduating students of the Faculty of Fine Arts of our institute within the framework of the “Skills” laboratory project, where Malik Valikhodjaev, Organization Development Manager of the “FOM GROUP” company, shared his rich experience and important recommendations with our students on the requirements of the modern labor market, the formation of a personal brand and professional development strategies.

During the seminar, students were given important concepts on practical skills necessary for employment, ways to properly present themselves in the labor market and create a portfolio, and ways to increase competitiveness in the creative field.

This meeting was important for the graduating young people not only to consolidate theoretical knowledge, but also to determine their professional path based on real-life experience.
