The leadership of our institute, currently on an official working visit to the People's Republic of China, visited the Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts today. During the visit, they gained close familiarity with the academy's campus, educational and creative processes, practical workshops, educational infrastructure, and the facilities provided for students. Specifically, they observed the classrooms, creative studios, and the organization of practical sessions in the fields of fine arts, applied arts, and design.

Within the framework of the visit to the academy, a meeting aimed at developing bilateral cooperation was held with the participation of the leadership of both institutions. During the meeting, discussions focused on expanding scientific and practical cooperation in art education, fine arts, applied arts, and design. Topics also included establishing faculty and student exchanges, organizing joint creative projects and exhibitions, developing academic mobility programs, and implementing modern educational approaches and innovative technologies into the educational process. Furthermore, views were exchanged on prospective fields of partnership between the two higher education institutions, and mutually beneficial initiatives were put forward.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at further developing educational, scientific, and creative cooperation was officially signed between the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod and the Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts.

This working visit, carried out to further advance cooperative relations with the People's Republic of China—one of the world's leading nations in fine and applied arts—and to study advanced practices in educational and creative fields, marks a significant step toward expanding our institute's international cooperation potential, strengthening existing ties, and implementing prospective joint initiatives.
