In accordance with the Regulation approved by Resolution No. 578 of the Cabinet of Ministers (dated 13.09.2025), the deadline for accepting applications for the transfer (resumption) of studies of students of higher education institutions for the spring semester has been changed.

Now the application period is from January 10 to January 20 (including January 20) of each year.

Applications for the transfer or resumption of studies from one higher education institution of the republic to another for 2 valid reasons are accepted online through the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation’s website transfer.edu.uz or the single interactive public services portal — my.gov.uz.

Required documents:
a copy of academic certificate or transcript;
documents confirming the reasons for the transfer.

Important notes:
Applications for “transfer of studies” from one higher education institution to another will not be accepted before the spring semester. 
During the application process, you are asked to carefully check the information entered and the documents uploaded before submitting. This is because it is not possible to edit the application after it has been submitted.

Applications will be considered by higher education institutions, relevant ministries and departments in accordance with the established procedure from January 21 to February 10, and applicants will be notified of the results.
