In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 840 dated December 30, 2025, special tests in information technology, history of Uzbekistan and foreign languages ​​​​have been introduced for applicants for named state scholarships in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Assigning Named State Scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Regulation on the Procedure for Assigning Named State Scholarships.

In this regard, we would like to inform you of the following.

This resolution introduces a new procedure for assigning Named State Scholarships and Presidential Scholarships, which will be implemented based on the established requirements and evaluation criteria starting from the 2026/2027 academic year.

Special tests will not be conducted for students who have successfully passed the higher education institution stage of the Named State Scholarship Competitions for the current academic year and whose documents have been sent to the republican stage in accordance with the established procedure.
